Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw any winnings derived from bonuses (see Section 4).
• 99win reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.

99win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting the bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 150% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Rules

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The current bonus must be used in full before switching to a different bonus offer.
• 99win reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the account and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Terms for reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotions are published separately.

All game outcomes on 99win are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent third-party firms. Our goal is to ensure a fair and equal chance for every player.

Game Cancellation & Technical Errors

• If a game result appears abnormal due to a technical error, 99win reserves the right to void that round.
• All bets placed on cancelled rounds will be fully refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on our servers and will be available once you reconnect.

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins are generally non-refundable.
• If a match is cancelled, all bet amounts will be refunded.
• Odds may change during in-play betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, data from official sources will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's information.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automation to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Harassing other players or staff.

99win reserves the right to close or suspend any account if:

• The user is found to be in violation of these Terms.
• KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected.
• The user submits a self-exclusion request.
• Upon instruction from a competent legal authority.

If you wish to close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account, please notify our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. A self-exclusion option is also available, allowing you to lock your account for a specified period.

99win makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service, but there are limits to our liability in certain areas:

• 99win is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
• 99win is not liable for any losses caused by software or hardware issues on your device.
